I have just read your free ebook where you suggest home euthanasia by CO2. You say it is humane and approved by the AVMA. Have you read the euthanasia guidelines by the AVMA? There is the link. Making home death chambers with vinegar and bicarbonate soda is not recommended by the AVMA, in fact they advise against it because you cannot regulate the percentage of gas in the chamber. The only advantages of using CO2 seem to be lab result or meat producing related The disadvantages outweigh the advantages and if things go wrong, you have to have your pet euthanised anyway by another method. Just have a look at the link above, and if you choose to do that to your rats, then it's your choice, but please don't encourage other people to do that, it's not humane. Go to a vet, they are trained to carry out that procedure.
my rats really loved your cake, they ate every bit of it.thank you
Just wanted to let you know that my rats loved your Christmas cake.I kept it in the fridge and would cut them a small slice and they would eat every little crumb.

SWEET LOAF
The girls adore their new treat and can't wait to snatch it out of my hands. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back to get them more.
Love the Christmas video of your rats preparing for The Day and then enjoying it!
Christmas trees make such welcome additions to our rats' repertoire of climbing things ... ;)
Best wishes to you and yours for the New Year celebrations and for 2010.
The rats love their Christmas cakes, thanks.
My rats love these cakes, I hope yours do too!
